LDKS AS A FLAGSHIP PROGRAM

LDKS is a stands for latihan kepemimpinan dasar. This program is a flagship program from SMAN 3 Bandung, The purpose of this program is to discipline the students of SMAN 3 Bandung. ldks usually takes place at the army headquarters and is trained by soldiers directly. There we will get the experience of being a soldier and train our mentality as a student to be stronger

In this program, students will usually be divided into groups to make students closer to their friends, students will be trained physically and mentally, such as we will be woken up every morning before prayer to make students more disciplined, respect time by speeding up eating and staying enthusiastic whatever the circumstances.

Students are also trained to be more alert in carrying out activities, more compact with their groups by embracing each other in all activities and helping each other. sometimes when one member of the group makes a mistake, 1 group will be punished where it all helps students become more solid with each other.

for the disadvantages of this program is for students who are not in shape when undergoing the program. the students cannot participate because their bodies may not be strong when undergoing all the events there are

this program is very effective for students to become more disciplined in every activity and become better, because that is the purpose of this program itself. and from this experience, some students are able to find their own identity and may unlock the potential of each student. there are also students who find their way to the future and are directed to become soldiers.
